🌍 Do you ship internationally? What currency are your products listed in?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide, and all prices are displayed in USD.


⏰ When will my order ship?

We’re just as excited for you to receive your NextPosture products as you are!
Please allow 7–14 days for your order to ship and up to 3 weeks from your purchase date for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days.

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at thenextposture@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.


💸 What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
You’ll have 30 days from the date you contact us to return the product for a full refund.
Please note: you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Be sure to include your name and order number on your return so we can process your refund quickly.


❌ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for free as long as it has not yet shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process above to receive a full refund once the item is returned.


🏠 I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

No worries! If you entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours or contact us at thenextposture.com with the correct details.
If we are not notified within 24 hours and the order has shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
